The Moon begins the week in Fixed Earth Taurus and later on Monday afternoon, the Moon enters Mutable Air Gemini. On Wednesday the Moon enters Cardinal Water Cancer and then on Friday the Moon enters Fixed Fire Leo. Sounds a lot like Earth Wind and Fire.
Monday starts in Balsamic Waning Crescent. Balsamic energies of the Moon gives us a point in time where the Moon Sun cycle is about to end and begin new, with the New Moon conjunction in Gemini later tonight for the US, and in the nighttime hours for the UK. This is a ‘space between’ where the invisibility of the Moon enables deeper insights and intuition to come to the fore. It’s an internal process of sensitivity to what is not so obvious. It’s a point of surrender, self-kindness and compassion.
Monday 26th May
01:00 Mercury enters Mutable Air Gemini. The field of communications is about to light up and get busy with Mercury at home in his Sign of information gathering, sharing and dissemination. This Mercury is also, like the Moon, reaching toward its conjunction with the Sun later, in the early hours of Friday. In cazzimi with the Sun, Mercury’s energy is illuminated fully and energised in a powerful way. Words are currency; meaning they become a valuable and powerful means of saying what needs to be said as the old Mercury Sun cycle ends and a newly charged one begins. The fact that this cycle ends and begins in Gemini, amplifies its strength.
01:45 Mercury in Gemini makes Sextile to Saturn in Aries. This is a very interesting Sextile and holds the potential of what Saturn is about in Aries, which Mercury then broadcasts through the Airwaves and Networks. Mercury is informed and Saturn’s message gets out. The authority of Saturn here is as much spiritual as it is temporal right now, as the adjustment from Mutable Water to Cardinal Fire takes place on Monday.
07:31 and the Moon in Taurus makes a Sextile to the North Node in Pisces, and a Trine to the South Node in Virgo. The Moon’s position in Taurus, in a quieter, slower and more grounded perspective, meets an easy flow of the process of release and integration of knowledge, and an alignment with the future leanings within consciousness. Taurus is the release point; like a ‘still point’ for processing this moment deeply and practically, in ways that anchor the process in real terms.
13:51 The Moon in Taurus makes a Conjunction with Uranus at 27.47 degrees. The Sabian symbol for their conjunction, which is a cycle ending and beginning between them, shows us the idea once again of ‘A Mature Woman Re-Awakened to Romance.’ Once again, we are reminded of being open to new experiences, even when we thought we were past it, or that there is nothing new to experience. There is always something new. Approach life with an openness toward new things coming in, that brings surprises in unexpected ways. As one phase of life ends another is about to begin; this is the way to live in anticipation, not entropy.
17:22 the Moon enters Mutable Air Gemini. This is a very sociable Moon. There’s people to talk to, things to say, learn and be interested in. Curiosity is an intuitive process for the Moon in Gemini, and the Moon is open to insights. The New Moon is now close at hand and to all intents and purposes we are already in the energy of it today and into tomorrow.
17:32 Moon in Gemini makes a Sextile to Saturn in Aries. The Moon is where Mercury was early this morning, and can sense and pick up on the interaction between Mercury and Saturn in their Sextile together. The Moon is sensitive to the echo’s and frequency of that conversation; picks up on the information field that is alive with something new.
20:04 Moon and Mercury make Conjunction together and another quick ending and beginning. There is an exchange between the Moon and Mercury here that infuses knowledge into the Moon and corroboration between right and left; intuition and logic in a merged blend. Dots are joining up. Information is a felt experience for the Moon.

This is encouraging as a symbol degree. It feels like it comes so close on the heels of Mercury and the Moon’s Sextile’s with Saturn; and this links me with the idea of spiritual knowledge as the gifts, and that this brings a sense of spiritual benevolence and goodness. Despite any non belief there might be in Santa Claus as a character, the symbol itself talks about the idea of being ‘catered’ for in the big scheme of things and that no matter how small one may feel, there is an invisible benevolence at work through this conjunction. Information excites the heart of the Moon Mercury conjunction, as they begin a new cycle together, from a foundation of information abundance. What Saturn imparted to them in the Sextile energy, flavours this conjunction. It’s like they both received a gift and now get to share it together.
20:09 on Monday, the Moon in Gemini now makes a Sextile to Neptune in Aries. This supportive image and visionary intuition brings a sense of another kind of gift; a gift of deep compassion emerging, that supports the Moon this evening.
20:36 and Mercury in Gemini now makes the same sextile with Neptune. There is a definite, shared experience of knowledge, information, gifts and benevolent spiritual help for both the Moon and now Mercury. This message is one to cherish. It feels like some ‘Good News’ on Monday evening, both felt and heard.
23:14 Moon in Gemini makes a trine to Pluto in Aquarius. There’s a fast flow of force; as an exchange of information flows between the known and the hidden; where what was hidden becomes known, and the Moon can find words for it; can ‘name’ it, whatever it is.
Tuesday 27th May
Tuesday is relatively quiet in terms of aspects made. We are having a week of Moon and Mercury exchanges.
We start Tuesday at 03:02 with the anticipated New Moon conjunction with the Sun in Gemini, which is at 6 degrees and 6 minutes.

There is a theme this week of benevolence and the gifts that faith in a larger, higher power that shows up this week through these conjunctions in Gemini, and it’s all about how we perceive concepts of a benevolent abundance; ideas that bring a sense of faith in something bigger that is at work. We know something natural and good is at play, and that we are supported by our connection to it.
Then on Tuesday there are no further aspects until 17:55 when Mercury in Gemini makes a Trine to Pluto in Aquarius. This feels like yet another benevolent and supportive flow of information this week, which so far is nothing but endings and beginnings that feel right with lots of Conjunctions, supportive Sextile’s and Harmonious Trine’s. This Trine with Pluto brings Mercury into knowledge of something that holds deep and powerful significance. We can I think, feel sure that this is connected to the unfolding of the Saturn Sextile on Monday, as we remember that Saturn is also in Sextile with Pluto. It’s as if Mercury’s alignment serves Pluto in the way of communicating what is transmitted through the Trine. It’s a win win. I sense the benevolence of the Transpersonal Planets at work with Mercury as the Messenger; Moon receives the impressions also, and it all feels exciting, vibrant; alive with information and knowledge.
Last thing on Tuesday at 23:34 the Moon in Gemini makes another Sextile. This one is to Mars in Leo. Masculine, outward moving Mars radiates the energies of Selfhood. In connection with the Moon we are perhaps talking to the heart of the matter of things. The image I get is like a solar flare, where solar radiation is sent out by Mars, received by the Moon in a transmission of ‘who Mars is,’ in Leo. Moon is pulled into (constellated) in that energy. There feels to be a strength of purpose and a statement of personal identity which supports the Moon whose intuitive and sensitive communications speak out in response. Heart and Mind working together, through intuitive connection.
Wednesday 28th May - (Waxing Crescent Phase - Initialisation/Energy Builds)
03:21 Moon in Gemini makes a Sextile to Venus in Aries. This is a lovely communicative and friendly connection, where Venus and the Moon are aligned in a mutually enjoyable space together. Dreams could be truly inspiring and interesting. Venus in Aries talks Self Confidence and the Moon Feels that too. There’s reciprocity and friendship in this Sextile.
07:16 Moon in Gemini makes the first square of the week. After the Venus sextile, the day on Wednesday is a little more tense, with support when needed. This first square is a double square between the North and South Nodes of the Moon, so the Moon Feels the tension between the past and the future, in the present moment. There is an impetus to speak up and out, while there is a pull to release and to discern what needs to be said and what needs to be let go; what to engage with and what leave alone. Focus on acting in alignment with the future and through the process of integration, let the past fall away.
At 10:15 the Moon in Gemini makes Sextile to Chiron in Aries. There is healing wisdom to be found in this moment. The wound of Aries may become triggered in both respects; to bring healing and to bring wisdom. Remember, the Aries wound is about existence, the courage to heal and to act on ones own behalf; in the Moon’s case, perhaps to speak and communicate something that brings a healing conversation.
13:00 the Moon in Gemini makes a conjunction with Jupiter at 27.13 degrees. Intuition meets and merges with faith in words and what is being communicated.

Reaching up to new levels of consciousness we choose to affirm a new beginning and allow that all previous failures and loss belong to the past and have no place in things as they now are. Our community has to be a little hard on those who fail in order to guarantee its own survival, yet it is also somewhat compassionate, at least institutionally, and releases anyone from unfulfilled obligations if they are willing to have another go.

This is an interesting symbol degree. It suggests that we move forward despite failure, when we release the past and align with new starts and fresh endeavours. This elevates consciousness beyond the idea of ‘failure,’ while in understanding that trial and error are all a part of growing and learning and choosing differently. Do not bring past failures or notions of failure into new beginnings. The past is the past and has no place in what new beginnings are entered into; release the past, in good faith that we only truly fail, if we continue to make the same mistakes over without learning and growing.
At 17:33 the Moon enters Cardinal Water Cancer. Moon at home and feeling the need to decompress, process, sort and sift.
At 17:58 the Moon in Cancer makes a square to Saturn in Aries. Emotions are a needed release whether good or bad, challenging, difficult or joyful. The action needed is to express ones feelings and release the tension of the appearance in Aries of Saturn and the elevated energies of the week so far. Time to process.
At 20:30 the Moon then makes another square to Neptune in Aries, so the theme is to process the week and all it’s feelings, felt senses, information; the overload of the energies that the Moon takes on. At the end of the day on Wednesday it’s important to make time for self care and down time.
Thursday 29th May
On Thursday we only have one aspect today, and it’s in the early morning at 05:07 when the Moon in Cancer makes a Trine to Black Moon Lilith in Scorpio. This brings a depth and sensitivity, with a need to safely be connected to ones authentic, deep nature. Down time for sure, where the emotional depths allow for a cathartic day. Just as well it’s energetically focused in this regard. No matter what else is going on, The Moon Feels the deep intensity of it all.
Friday 30th May
04:12 the Sun makes a Conjunction with Mercury at 9.01 degrees Gemini. Mercury is in Superior Conjunction with the Sun, which means that Mercury is on the other side of the Sun from Earth. From this conjunction Mercury brings information from the Far Side; new information. The Cazzimi makes this a strong Mercury, fully radiating as if it were the Sun. Mercury in its nature can be a chameleon, and take on its surroundings. In this case, it’s the Sun.

What an interesting degree for the Superior Conjunction of Mercury with the Sun. Mercury travels to the Far Side, beyond what can normally be known. I’ll leave this to unfold in it’s own way, but curious to discover what comes from this on Friday.
08:44 the Moon in Cancer makes a square to Venus in Aries. The Moon is prompted to consider and feel the true values; new values and newfound sense of Self that this first quarter Square brings up. What is most important?
09:07 and the Moon makes a Trine to the North Node in Pisces an a Sextile to the South Node in Virgo. This same configuration was reversed on Monday. The energies are collaborative, aligned and there’s a working alliance between the Moon to release old emotional contents; let go of what is not hers that she may have taken on/taken in and held on to without realising it’s not hers at all. Cancer Moon easily becomes overburdened by the emotional world around and the North Node transmits the energy of the breeze from the wide open window in the Consciousness of the Moon. This invites, soothes, empathises, and has compassion but the release must happen. The double Square is a high tension point between past and future, in the now. To resolve, is to release and to feel ones own impulses, unburdened by the needs of others.
12:39 the Moon in Cancer makes another Square to Chiron in Aries. It’s a healing moment, where the Moon might be wondering how she forgot herself. Chiron is the reminder that she is just as important as anyone else. Today on Friday, the Moon is Feeling sensitive.
16:50 the Moon makes a Sextile to Uranus in Taurus. This is stabilising ‘through’ changes that the Moon Feels, and paradoxically this could be both a destabilising moment and a stabilising one. Change is at the core of the matter in this sextile, which supports the Moon in her emotional processing and self care. Something electric and energising is transmitted through the Sextile which propels the Moon forward. With Uranus there’s a sense that a highly intuitive moment in the Sextile.
At 20:17 the Moon enters Fixed Fire Leo. Energy change, so radically different and energetic, compared to the last days of being soaked in her emotional body.
20:59 and the Moon in Leo makes a Trine to Saturn in Aries. As a Fire Trine, the Moon is expressive and radiates warmth. The Moon is being ‘dried out after all the rain,’ and Saturn brings stable ideas and inspired energies of early Aries.
23:31 the Moon in Leo makes another Trine to Neptune. Spiritual fire and inspired feelings around Individuality and Self identity.
Saturday 31st May
On Saturday the Moon makes an Opposition to Pluto in Aquarius, at the same degree point of the Mars Pluto Opposition. It’s possible the Moon will get a sense of things that are being revealed, which activate that Leo degree, in the People. So it seems important to remind ourselves of the value in mature responses to what comes to light.
At 09:08 the Moon makes a Square to Black Moon Lilith. As a last quarter Square there is a crisis in consciousness moment, and it may have deep and intense emotional roots, to which the Moon (the People) have to adjust perceptions and deal with the potentially deep emotions that may surface.
14:45 on Saturday and the Moon in Leo now makes a Sextile to the Sun, where information is highlighted that is useful for the Moon to know. The communication field of Gemini is lit up again.
At 18:37 the Moon in Leo makes another Sextile and this one is to Mercury in Gemini. After the Cazzimi, and Superior Conjunction, we may be able to assume that some very interesting information and knowledge from the Far Side is communicated through Mercury, that the Moon is inspired by.

Here we are in June! I always think of the phrase, ‘June is busting out all over.’ Perhaps June’s abundance will make itself known through the transits.

It is not an entirely necessary function of the seeker and yet it is rare indeed to find a highly evolved person who does not gladly serve without expectation of full compensation. Often this service is through healing, teaching and guidance.

The Moon in Leo is radiating from the heart, and in this Conjunction with Mars there is a sense of being called to a mission. So this degree symbol seems very appropriate. The People and in particular certain people, find a sense of spiritual service through the sharing of wisdom born of experience, in service to the greater whole. The Moon shares and radiates from the heart, and the core of self identity. Wisdom that comes from the core of the Self.
It’s possible to find that there is a desire to share what one knows, as an aid to others, freely and unreservedly. A translation of something that comes through the Self.
At 18:51 the Moon in Leo makes a Trine to Venus in Aries. Individual values and self expression; love and intuitive sensitivity. This is a lovely harmonious and spiritually inspired trine. Sunday seems to carry the energy of spiritually inspired relationships and relating, based on core values.
18:57 the Moon makes a Trine to Chiron in Aries, which suggests that on the heels of the Venus Trine, and in the course of Sunday, there is a healing value for the Moon, that is an easy transmission between Chiron and the Moon. A fast and fiery flow of matured Aries Will, in relation to Moon in Leo. Individual Will and Self Identity are in sympathetic resonance.
At 20:10 Venus makes a Conjunction with Chiron in Aries and naturally we can immediately sense the healing that comes from this Conjunction.

It is very unsettling to find ourselves awakened to life as a constant spiritual experience. Rules and restrictions also operate on this level and we have to relearn what we may or may not attempt. We are advised to move forward calmly with a high degree of caution as we encounter examinations and trials of a higher order.

Remember to take down time and not overstretch personal capabilities. There is a realistic sense of what is possible and when it’s important to rest and regenerate the self. Or a reality check and sense of overwhelm. Either way, this Conjunction between Venus and Chiron is a reminder and brings the wisdom that Venus needs to remember to value her own resources of energy and so ensure that she does not burn out. Rest is as important as action and knowing when enough is enough, to stand by and value ones own individual needs. It’s a good reminder and sets the tone for the new Venus Chiron cycle.
At 23:31 the Moon in Leo makes a first quarter Square to Uranus in Taurus. This Square talks about acting in right response to new opportunities and social enjoyment. The Moon meets the tension of accepting something new into the social day, that enlivens and energises a sense of new beginnings.
At 23:37 the Moon in Leo makes a Sextile to Jupiter in Gemini. Mutually agreeable conversations, dialogue, philosophical explorations … this feels like an invitation to new communications, based on higher principles and learning something more. New explorations through communication networks.
And, this is where we end the week. It’s a vibrant and growthful, fast flowing week overall and energetically supportive. As we end the week, the Moon is in Waxing Crescent Phase, which encompasses ‘Reflection, Pause, Self-Appreciation, Energy is initialised and begins to build.’ The whole week feels like an initiation phase and test of the possibilities. It’s all headed somewhere new with advice written in, to manage and take care of personal energy levels, as we move through this week.
